– The shipper must deliver the goods to APL at the latest according to the agreed cut-off time. APL warehouse will carefully check the goods before receiving them. If the following cases occur, APL must have the consent of the warehouse lessee before receiving them (must take photos of the current condition of the goods).
o Packages must not be taped or show signs of being re-tagged.
o Packages or goods are damaged or in poor condition (scratched, punctured, wet…).
o The package is missing a code, number... (compared to the booking).
o Any other special circumstances that may arise with the shipment.
– Late delivery to the warehouse (after 5pm on Saturday) or late delivery of the Customs declaration, APL will only accept when there is a “Request for late receipt” from the warehouse lessee and APL’s acceptance. APL will receive the goods and classify them by label, size, style, color… according to the instructions of the warehouse lessee, who is the representative of the owner of the goods. Make a list of goods (by type and model of goods).
o APL will issue delivery documents to the delivery party on behalf of the warehouse lessee. The delivery documents must be signed by the APL representative and the delivery party representative.
o The shipper must submit booking confirmation, packing list, authorization letter (if required) and customs documents upon delivery.
o If multiple shipments are scheduled to be loaded into the same container and one or more shipments have to be postponed, APL must consult the Warehouse Lessee about whether to continue loading other shipments into the container for export or postpone loading the entire container.

– The warehouse lessee will send packing instructions to APL one day in advance.
– APL must ensure capacity, facilities and workers to pack goods in time for shipping.
– APL must coordinate with customs and if necessary coordinate with the warehouse lessee's supervision.

– The warehouse lessee must ensure that the shipping line can arrange containers at APL to load the goods according to the expected schedule. APL will follow the warehouse lessee's instructions on the shipping line and CY to unload the goods.
–APL will coordinate with shipping lines to ensure containers are available and in good condition for packing.
– The warehouse lessee may request APL to transport containers from another yard for loading. The written request shall include the following:
o Number of containers (type, size)
o Shell owner
o Lifting location
The warehouse lessee will pay APL for transportation and lifting costs.

– The shipper is responsible for completing the customs paperwork for goods inspection and submitting complete customs documents to APL upon delivery.
– If the customs inspection documents are not delivered to APL within the prescribed time, APL will not be responsible for organizing the inspection of the container as well as the loading of the container onto the ship. In this case, APL must notify the warehouse lessee to book the goods on another ship.
–APL is responsible for conducting inspection for export consolidation. Inspection fee is included in APL fee as long as all customs documents are submitted in time. If customs documents are not sufficient, inspection of consolidation will incur additional costs or cannot be shown due to violation of customs management procedures.
–APL will submit the customs declaration upon completion of customs inspection procedures to the feeder shipping line.

– APL must supervise the receipt, storage, packing of goods into containers and export of containers to ships according to the instructions of the Warehouse Lessee.
– APL must arrange at least 01 delivery person to receive goods into the warehouse and at least 02 delivery persons when packing goods from the warehouse into containers (01 at the warehouse door and 01 at the container door).
